Standard Return Policy
All items sold by RallySport Direct fall under our standard return policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned if it meets the following criteria.
  • Returned within 30 Days from the original invoice date.
  • Product is unopened, unused and in brand new resalable condition.
  • Product is not a clearance or special order item
  • Returns must be submitted through the wholesale site via your account. 
    Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our Customer Service Department.


Items Shorted and/or Damaged in Transit
RallySport Direct must be notified of any damage or other shipping problems within 48 hours of delivery. Compliance with the instructions outlined below will expedite claim procedures and help ensure the applicant’s compensation for damages incurred.
  • Contact your wholesale account representative immediately to report the problem. You may be asked to provide photographic verification of shipping damages.
  • Once the damage has been reported, your account representative will begin the necessary steps to complete a shipping claim. Please keep the boxes, packaging materials, and damaged item(s) in a safe place until the shipping carrier can return to inspect the situation.
  • Please note: the recipient of the order must retain all boxes and original packaging materials as evidence of any and all damages. These items must be present with the ordered parts when the shipping carrier returns to inspect the damaged items. Failure to keep the original packaging may result in the loss or refusal of a claim. will not be held responsible for claims denied due to missing packaging materials and boxes.
  • If the above-named criteria have been met, your account representative will authorize the shipment of a replacement order as soon as the shipping carrier has provided notice of inspection and/or pickup.


Order Exchanges does not offer in-store credit for returned items, and no exchanges will be made. All returns and replacement shipments will be treated as separate transactions.


Product Refunds
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, we will enter it in our system and automatically credit your original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and Standard Return Policy requirements will be eligible for refunds. does not refund shipping charges for returned items. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees and customs clearance charges. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please feel free to contact our Wholesale Customer Service Department. Please be aware of the current restocking fee.


Refused/Undeliverable Orders
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges, re-stock fees and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from your product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to customs clearance charges on the return shipment. reserves the right to deduct the cost of these customs clearance charges, in addition to all freight charges and re-stock fees, from your product refund.


Product Warranties
